OFFICE ORDER

In supersession of all earlier Office Orders and amendments issued under Right to Information Act, the Director, CIAE, Bhopal has designated & allotted different types of responsibilities & work to the following Officers/Official as shown against their names with immediate effect:

(1) The Asstt.Admn.Officer of the Establishment Section has been designated as ACPIO (Ex-Officio) to receive/deal with applications related to the RTI Act 2005.

(2) Shri V.K. Derashri, AAO(Purchase) may continue to be ACPIO as an alternate to above.

(3) The record of receipt and disposal of RTI application may be maintained by the Establishment Section.

(4) Smt. Kushal Suri, UDC of Estt. Section will assist the ACPIO for all kind of work viz. from receipt of application to send the annual report to the Council-RTI Cell with the consultation with CPIO & Nodal Officer.

(5) Dr. P.C. Bargale, Principal Scientist, SPU has been nominated as an alternate CPIO to look after the work of CPIO when the regular CPIO is on leave/out of station on tour/training etc.

(6) Dr. S.D. Deshpande, Head APD & Vigilance Officer nominated as First Appellate Authority (FAA).

(7) Shri Anurag Kumar Dubey, Principal Scientist AMD & CPIO will continue to discharge duties of the CPIO as will as overall coordination of RTI matters as Nodal Officer.
